With fruit from old vines this wine is likely to be strong, with good tannins and excellent fruit intensity. "To me, it's much more important to make wines that other people like, no matter if I like it or not. If you know the terroirs in Roussillon, you have to be patient. I'm mainly looking to make a wine with length, soft tannins and with aroma developing slowly."
