Delivery Information

All Deliveries:

Please note that items are delivered Mon-Fri only. Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £40 in the UK only. For orders below £40 - Standard delivery charge is £3.50 

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once you place your order we will confirm estimated shipping time within the next 24 hours. Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes. Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and payment authorisation. Also note, in the unlikely event of strike action we cannot be held responsible. If this delays your order, we apologise, but it will be out of our control. In this instance we will do our best to ensure any goods have a limited delay and/or are sent via other means where possible.

Standard delivery is £3.50, this is a recorded delivery which will take up to 3 working days from order if ordered by 6pm.

All UK deliveries are sent via courier and will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure the person signing for a delivery is of legal age to sign for an alcoholic product in your country. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local courier depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 28-day return policy has elapsed by this time.
 We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option at payment stage)

Deliveries Outside the UK

Standard delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the EU is £25.00 of any orders and takes up to 5 working days from dispatch.

Standard delivery to outside the EU is £90.00 .Please note that the importation of alcohol is highly regulated in many countries.  We will label all deliveries as a ‘GIFT’. Exported items will not be subject to United Kingdom VAT, however you will be liable for all local alcohol duties, import duties and sales taxes. Note that procedures for failure to deliver will vary with local courier companies. Please contact us with any problems as we will track all deliveries.  


We will refund or exchange any wines that are damaged in transit within 14 days of the purchase date. We will arrange collection of the wine in all circumstances and either replace with another bottle or refund you in total.  Please check your delivery when you receive it.  Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of returned items, however please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account. In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints goods are found to be defective. We will collect the bottle and will not refund for an intact empty bottle, you must keep the product.  Email:
