We don't make things too formal or structured: This theme is a chance for you to learn from a very experienced and very approachable winemaker. However to make the most of any tasting try to avoid strong flavoured or hot spicy food, coffee, cigarettes etc in the 2-3 hours beforehand - and hold back on that aftershave and perfume too.
